I filled this request, but am uncertain I have the author names in the correct order.

The Cyrillic would be the name under which the author originally published, I think, yet that doesn't seem the right order. Should the Cyrillic be added to every edition?

What is the policy on this?

The "international" name* (in this case Milorad Pavić) should be the primary author on all editions. The Cyrillic name should only be added to the Cyrillic editions, just as other spelling variants should be added as secondary names to editions published under those names.

*i.e. the name used for English-language editions
