Surprisingly, the Chrissy McMullen books by Lois Greiman no longer show up.

I see the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man in your images. Hee hee hee!
I will have to do this when I am home.

I get, along with a lot of folks I don't know, a picture of H.G. Wells, and a large spider. The reason? I reviewed a lot of Wells' books, posted with the picture, and a few years back I took a closeup of a garden spider and posted it on my website.
Strange. When I search my name I also get a lot of my fan art showing up!
Also a lot of stuff from a video game called Tree of Savior in which one of the fighting styles of archers is called a CB Archer, but I have no idea why.
Also... sexy pictures of Miss Piggy... not sure why.

Now I'm curious to know if google.fr show a lot of " welcome Justin Beiber" pics. ;p

What that means (I think), is that your html "link" to an image isn't a link at all. Rather it seems to generate a mirror on whatever vast server Goodreads (Amazon) maintains. A quick check of the image address seems to confirm this theory.
So... next question: If you post an image on GR and then take it down (edit or delete your post), does it still wait dreaming in some echoing dungeon beneath Amazon's own private R'lyeh?
[not sure if this is still Fun... but it is interesting]

Everyone's Google remembers... which is sort of Big Brotherish of it, but it does. This is to help your searching.
If you search for yourself, you are more likely to find pictures of yourself, because Google remembers who you are, and what you searched for before (and what you clicked on before, which is you)
So if you really want to see what happens when you look for yourself, you are going to need a completely fresh computer that has never googled before.

A few books I've read, some authors I know, lots of C.B.'s NSFW images (thanks buddy), a sewing machine part, some twitter odds and ends, Then do it again and you get different set:
Yeah... a little narcissistic, and a real time waster, but it's interesting to see where Google puts you (as an author) in the grand scheme of things. Looking at the people and the stuff that pop up, I think I'm in good company (except for that sewing machine part, wth?)
