I need to brainstorm and see what books I could read for this, but I'm really excited to try. Does anyone have a list of books that they're trying for this challenge?

So glad you liked Euphoria! I read it last year, then recommended it to my book club so I read it again this year. I think it's wonderful, too.

Thank you so much, Cheri, for these suggestions. I picked out a few for later reading (that I will not manage for this challenge). For example, I had not heard of 'Memory of Water' before and am now very intrigued.

Hi, Patricia! So glad you've found these helpful! I have not read all of these myself and have added some to my own list. 'Memory of Water' is one of them! And I currently have 'Sixth Extinction' out of the library.

I am reading Out of Africa by Isak Dinesen/Karen Blixen. Trying to love this after reading Circling The Sun by Paula McClain, about Beryl Markham. Both lived in Kenya in the early part of the 20th century, and became best friends, and shared a lover. I am hoping to learn more about Karen from her book, before embarking on Beryl's autobiography West With the Night.

"
Dawn, I put you down for 2 books. I hope you enjoy them! I read West with the Night years ago and thought it was great.

Just finished this book for a research project I'm doing in my English class. It's about factory farming and the effects it has on the environment. I thought it fit perfectly for this challenge!
