FINALLY reading this.

Heidi, I agree it is quite different from the Kate Daniels series. The pacing especially, but the environment as a whole feels different as well. I've seen several comparisons to the Mercy Thompson series, which I think is more accurate. And I do enjoy the series quite a bit, it's just a struggle to get through the pacing when you have limited time.

Bookbuyer, I'm excited to read it well! I still have to read Vision in Silver first (though I do own it). I am trying to resist until it comes out in paperback.

Elora, I have heard so many positive things about that book. It's near the top of my to-buy list.

@brigid @catherine. I loved it as well. I'm hoping to read a gathering of shadows within the next few weeks.

@Catherine and Aliza - I'm so glad to hear you guys loved it. I've heard almost nothing but great things about it. :) And so far it is living up to the hype for me, although I still have a lot of it left!

I finished and really liked it! I also read . I'm still working on but it's not as interesting as I hoped it would be so I might start something else.

I am reading Project Paper Doll: The Rules and there are three in the series. Yay, I don't have to wait to read the next ones! It is pretty good.

I finished last night and ended up really enjoyed it. I am anticipating reading the next two books and seeing how everything develops.

I just starting and it is SO cute!

Ugh. Just had to stop about of a 3rd of the way into "the clan of the cave bear." :( not nearly as fun as I remembered when I read a couple years ago. :( just can't do it now. Maybe I'll try again later. For now, I'm giving "the journal of mortifying moments" by Robyn Harding a go. Hope it's good!

I'm reading and I'm liking it, but I was happy when reading Legend to note that there were no love triangles, and now with the second book it's BAM-- love triangles everywhere!

Finally started my reread of Raven Boys. I loved it before, but I'd forgotten how good it truly is!

I'm a little over 50% through the Raven boys. I'm enjoying it so far although it's more than a little confusing...

Just finished The Wrath and the Dawn. Can't wait for the next books, so good! Moving on to Passenger and The Handmaid's Tale re-read.

I love period dramas, and the few historical books I read I have loved, want to read more, heard this author is great. Love her so far.

I need to get Passenger! I just bought The Handmaid's Tale to own and want to do a reread this year!

Just finished the 3rd volume of "pandora hearts" XD so good. If anyone likes manga, you should definitely check out this series!

I finnished reading Thicker Than Water by Bob Simms. Then I read both Blood Rushand Finding Daisy (both also by Bob Simms). After that I read The Shunned House by H.P. Lovecraft.

Now I'm reading Stars Above by Marissa Meyer, and Pathfinder Legends - Mummy's Mask, Chapter 4: Secrets of the Sphinx by Amber Scott.
