Awesome! I'm really enjoying it so far (25%). Very dark worldbuilding, but I love the character development, so many unique and well-developed characters in interesting situations. I think I'll read the last book after this one :)

Halfway done with
and wish I could stay up all night reading this.
This series is bringing up memories of how much I loved the Little House on a Prairie books as a kid!

I really like the Others on audiobook. Not as much as I love Kate Daniels, but it is still a solid series so far.

Yay! Glad you're enjoying it! I really liked the first book. My only gripe with it was how there seemed to be a lot of coincidences throughout. But I loved the whole frontier thing and her "gold" power is a really cool idea, especially given the time period :) Can't wait to read this one too!

Thank you! I love how he gives you bits of info and then later they begin to connect. Almost done with book two and I'm on the holds list for book three at the library :)

Hi Daniel!! I did a reread of AEITA by audio to make sure I'd remember! :) Now I need to read ATATN before I forget it all. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks.

I bought a few of Anne McCaffrey's books this week that were being offered on sale on Kindle and got sucked back into the world of
. Now I'm binging the series (AGAIN) and about to start

Pro tip- reread AEITA. They keep referencing things that happened that I can't remember.
I love the book though besides that. I'm already in love with all the characters! Her writing is so brilliant.

I got my copy of Empire of Storms! Will start it as soon as I finish my current read, almost done ;)
I finished the audio of
which i think was written specifically by John Scalzi for audible. Really cool concept! Spock narrates. It's still free on audible.com!
And I started
late last night.

And I started

I'm still reading
and started
on audio.
I was getting a weird sense of deja vu when I started listening to TGWATG yesterday, so finally figured it out when I realized I'd watched a movie trailer a few months ago. Looks like a good movie! http://search.aol.com/aol/video?q=the...

I had mixed feelings about EoS. There were moments that were great, but I felt that there were a lot of lulls in the narrative. I found myself skipping a lot of chapters or sections because I was bored.
Ugh, ok, well I'll keep that in mind so I'm prepared for it. Right away I'm getting that sense, to be honest. It's a long book...
