@Elora - Haha same here. I kept telling myself I would re-read them all before the last book came out, and I didn't finish re-reading BLLB until Monday, haha. Cutting it really close, but I made it. :D And yes I was also just swept right into them once again. They really do just suck you in!

I finished my audio of and I loved it! Such a great performance from Julia Whelan, too!

Next audio book is

read this in one sitting last night and pretty much cried the whole time.

I finnished The Healer by C.J. Anaya. Then I read Bloody Zombies by Victoria Leybourne, and Zombie Messiah by Eric Mead. Next I'm planning to read Ixeos by Jennings Wright.

I finished yesterday, not impressed.

I finished and I LOVED it! A bit of it is left open ended, it soundslike the author is going to write a spin off series for this world!

@Jenny I liked Passenger. It's a little slow and a bit confusing at first, but it picks up and gets interesting. Hopefully you like it.

Started reading ! So glad I'm reading it in print this time around! Plus I'm catching all these spoiler things thst I should have paid attention to before. Didn't realize they were spoilers! I really liked it. There's one thing I would have done a little differently but it doesn't change anything about the story and how it ends. I thought the ending was really good and fitting.

I was a little sad about a few of the characters.

@Karen - Yay!! That series is like ... my whole life right now, I love it so much. :D It's definitely better when you re-read it, I think, because there's so much great foreshadowing. (view spoiler)[And yes lol I love that Noah says that! I remember the first time I read the book, I was so surprised at the end to find out he was a ghost. And then when I re-read it I was like, "... oh it's literally the first thing he says." :P (hide spoiler)]

@Karen. Woohoo! I felt the same way about the spoilers when I reread them. Now i'll have to go back and reread the whole series sometime to find all the spoilers for TRK :)

I've had that happen to me before, too. Goodreads formatting is far from perfect! When that happens, I just delete the italics completely, and put the person name I'm responding too instead.

I may or may not have ordered all 4 books in hardback yesterday! (Ok, yes I did!) And I just finished The Raven Boys and can't wait for my books to get here, so I'm buying and downloading right now. Yikes!

@Karen - HOORAY!!! That makes me so happy! Welcome to The Raven Cycle club! (I absolutely adored The Dream Thieves and so I'm super excited for you to read it!)

I still think The Dream Thieves is my favorite. TRB was good, LBBL was confusing, TRK tied it all together, but TDT was just deliciously dark and creepy! :)

I agree, Elora. Dream Thieves is (as of this moment) my favorite of the series.

Hmmm I didn't even make it to the halfway point, I just couldn't keep myself interested. Which is a shame if it gets better later on, but I have no desire to try again, unfortunately.

Understandable. I don't think the book really picked up any steam until nearly halfway. I'm curious though, what did you find unappealing about it?

I'm currently reading Dead Letters, which has loads of short stories.

I agree too, about The Dream Thieves being my favorite of the series. Mostly because Ronan is bae LOL

I think my ranking of the whole series is:

1. The Dream Thieves
2. The Raven King
3. The Raven Boys
4. Blue Lily, Lily Blue

I adore them all, though!!

I agree Brigid, but I'm torn over #2 and 3... I'd probably pick Raven boys over Raven King for the mere fact of (view spoiler)[ Noah being dead and us not believing it for so long! (hide spoiler)]That alone is one of the reasons I fell in love with this series!

It's hard to choose between those two! I'm pretty certain about my #1 and #4, but I feel like TRK and TRB are kinda tied for the middle spot. ;) They're the "bookends" of the series so they're very different! (view spoiler)[That's a good point––I love Noah so much, and I wish there was more of him in TRK, but I understand he was kinda "fading away" at that point. He was so great in the first couple books though. And he and Blue are such cute friends. :D (hide spoiler)]

I got my hardbacks of and today which was really fast! Hope I get tomorrow because I think I'll be ready for it by Sunday! ;)

Now reading and it feels like another late night!! Ronan, Ronan, Ronan!!!!

Finished and while I ended up liking it much more than I initially thought I would, I didn't feel a strong emotional connection to the story, perhaps because it was so predictable.
