Paranormal Romance & Urban Fantasy discussion

Hello!
I've been looking for a book/series for ages and I don't remember the name of the book or series or even the author's name. I remember that the series is about a group of shifters and vampires and other paranormal characters who all find a mate and they have to fight bad people, etc.
The first book is about a female character who scales a wall into this paranormal world and gets surrounded by the paranormal people and then the alpha comes along who realises that she is his mate so he "kidnaps" her and throws her into his trunk and then takes her into this room where she knocks him out. Eventually, they get together but due to her mate's alpha status, she has to choose a servant thing who turns out to be Japanese (and awesome).
Another book in the series is about this really clumsy female who is raised by vampires who are scientists. Her mate is a vampire, I think, and she shape shifts into a rabbit.

I really hope someone can find this book because it's driving me crazy!! Thank you so much!!
