Welcome to the Readathon Off-topic Chatter section. In this section, you can talk about anything and everything you want. In order to keep a single thread from getting all cluttered up, the moderators decided that we would have a whole section for any off-topic discussions you want to have. In this area, and this area only, you are allowed to create any and all threads you want about anything off-topic, without first asking our permission. If you feel like there should be a thread in the other section, please don't hesitate to message me and I will be more than happy to answer.

But do you have something fun and non-readathon update related? Maybe your dog actually ate your book. Or you children are driving you bonkers and not letting you read and you just need to vent. Maybe you have a funny story or video to share. This is where you can do it. In addition to that, we have several games up that you can participate in if you want. These games aren't for prizes or anything like that, but they are here so you can have a fun time. Do you know a game we haven't thought of? Start a thread and let the fun begin.

My rabbits have been running around and making a mess (uncaged and litter box trained like cats - its really quite easy!) but with the current readathon I’ve been doing my best to ignore them, light some of my favorite incense and change reading spots throughout the house - hammock on our balcony is next!
Having animal family members can be a whole lot of work, but I’ve had rescue babies since I was a child and no matter how broke I get - I’d rather they be healthy and happy before me because their contentment is equal to my own.

Mixing it up!

Hello there! :) I've been participating in Dewey's for a few years but I haven't been active in this group (yet) lol. Today it's sooo warm here in my city and I have church in the afternoon. Let's hope I won't melt lol. Thankfully church has air conditioning :)
