Kickstarter Books discussion

I am writing a book called 'The Hand in Shadow', and just started a kickstarter campaign to cover things like editing, book cover and future audiobook expenses. If you have a similar campaign going, or will soon, I understand that it is standard procedure to swap contributions at the beginning of a campaign to 'get the pump primed'.
