I read this for my Topic Discard Challenge, a book about sports. I knew a little about the 1919 World Series scandal, but I learned a lot from this book, especially about Buck Weaver. I felt so bad for him, and the way he fought until the day he died to clear his name. While the writing in this book was really dry, the story itself was actually pretty good.
