Berneta Haynes (bernetalhaynes) | 21 comments Waking Writer (https://wakingwriter.com/), a website for thoughtful writers and creatives, champions and inspires authors and lovers of language by highlighting, informing, and supporting emerging voices across the globe.

Are you an emerging or established author looking for more exposure? Waking Writer offers free interviews for authors of a variety of genres. Every author can use more exposure!

What Kinds of Literature Does WW Highlight?

Waking Writer accepts interview requests from fiction authors writing in all genres, but interviews are especially welcome from authors exploring science fiction, fantasy, LGBT themes, African-American themes, and young adult fiction. WW does not accept interview requests from authors of romance, erotica, and Christian or religious-themed material.

Poets and authors of creative non-fiction are also welcome!

What’s the Interview Process Like?

Interviews are conducted entirely via email, very straightforward and provide authors an easy opportunity to gain exposure to a wider audience. All interviews are promptly shared via Twitter, Facebook, and Google+ once they are live on the site.
