The ending is killing me. It can not leave people hanging like that. I need to know what happens to her afterword's! Anyone agrees?!!!!

She had a chance to end up with Josh, why ruin it.
Like I know that she had to figure out all that went on over the past 4 years from when "it" happened, but Josh would have been there to support her along the way.

He ditched his girlfriend and college just for her! I wonder if her and Amanda talk about it more, what her parents do, like I need more! I want to see where she goes after this whole situation!

Same, like I need to know if Josh and her do eventually end up together and what her parents and friends do after they find out about all that she has been through.

Do you think she had straightened herself up with the drugs and drinking?

Yes, if she had told her brother or Josh. Or even her stupid mother what happened and not just
Jumping to the conclusion that she had her periods, I think she was going to explain then and there but her mother just kept blabbing on and saying "its ok and it happens to a lot of girls", not really knowing what really happened.

I'm curious if she told her mother right away. But I am glad Amanda took some action later on.

I think the point of the ending was to say how things like that affect our lives and the secrecy it holds us to. I think if it would have continued on to explain how everyone was told it would have gotten sidetracked from the point because things like that don't always have happy endings and its something that you carry the rest of your life. Like it doesn't just end after everyone knows. I think I would like a sequel to explain it but to add it in the same book, I think would take away the focus.

I cannot begin to understand how she kept that a secret for so long. It would eat me up inside, but I guess that's what made it a good book because we got an in depth look at how one missed opportunity can lead you down so many different paths. I think that another book would be great, I would love to hear the bastards side of the story and what possessed him to do that.

I was so sad when her and josh didn’t get together 🥺 I wanted more, there should’ve been something saying if they got together later in life.
