Not his story about his parents but the story he tells Wil and Sim about the Ruh, he mentions the old man/beggar's name is Skeope,(forgive spelling listening to book) I just thought it interesting that a story about a wisened old beggar, who stays with the Ruh and tells stories sounds a lot like Skarpi, what if it's just a different spelling for the same guy, would make sense that Skarpi is way older than we think, since he knows so many stories, I wonder if it's the same person? Interesting little twist perhaps.

Ryan Gearin | 1 comments Interesting! I just read it again and I get the feeling it’s just added info about the Ruh but anything can happen at this point. Sim and Wil definitely seem to think all stories end up with some twist and the beggar being a hero but that’s kinda the opposite way this story is heading... just my opinion. You’re probably right. I could read these all day.
