I have a question about this since I've never played before. By what date are we supposed to finish the books and what if I am halfway through reading a book from the pool on the last date? Does that count?
Hi, quick question. I know the books have to have been released before the starting date, but is it possible to make an exception for A Court of Mist and Fury ? It's out on the 3rd and I think many of us will be reading it as soon as it comes out. Thanks

Only books you finish in the time frame (so May 1st - 31st) count. If you finish after, you may be able to use it for the NEXT month's pool :)

. Since you are making an exception for A Court of Mist and Fury, can you make one for The Crown as well? It also comes out May 3. If not, my third book choice would be Phoenix Overture.

List the # you are from the participants list (can be found in message 2)
# of books completed from the pool (including current book)
book cover, date finished and the rating you gave it
example:

If you've never played, here are the rules:
Directions:
1. When you sign up pick 3 books you want to be included in the "book pool."
2. You can pick any book as long as they are YA and have been released before the challenge has started. Please no duplicates.
3. Once the challenge starts you will read books from the "pool."
4. At the end of the month whoever read the most books from the pool is the champion of that month!

The challenge begins on May 1st.
To claim points, please don't finish your books from the pool until then!
You can sign up and add books until April 30th .
After April 30th, You can join right in by claiming points - just don't add books to the pool!
