Support for Indie Authors discussion

As some of you may know, we've been running Reedsy for well over a year now. This has given us a good insight into the average market price for services like editing, proofreading, cover and interior design.

So we've taken the data from our latest 2,000 quotes, and made it public into a nice infographic.

I'd be curious to know: is that in line with what you've seen (or have been paying for) out there?

The prices for copy editing and proofing are almost twice what I've seen from editors I know (and trust).

Thanks for the comments. As these are averages, you'll find both cheaper and more expensive out there (even on Reedsy). But it's good to hear what everyone's experience has been.

Yeah... From all I've seen (and spent) the prices for all categories is crazy high. Luckily, for me, I only outsource my editing.
