I just found a website that ranks website traffic in ranking. http://www.alexa.com/ What this does is help you decide if who you advertise with is worth the money you're spending, based on the site traffic to their site. This does not guarantee sales, because other factors like mailing list size have a lot to do with sales, too. The site is free. Just drop the site into the search bar and see how it ranks globally and in the US. Remember, like Amazon, low number rankings are best.
