Elena (helen2u) No, it slipped my mind.....i posted it on emma-watson.net's forum and didn't think it further. Such a great interview! Oh man....
I had this feeling of smh when Geena's institute would post a lot of Emma, over a long period of time, so that is what it was! I bet they are cooking smh too!

Martin Felando I really like what Geena Davis is doing to create change in the storytelling industry - presenting detailed facts and stats of what is going on about gender inequality will cause informed people to make different choices.

MeerderWörter | 2388 comments I just love the quote-y thing. By saying person she includes everyone, and that's feministc indeed.

Helen, I REALLY understand you. This piece of insight of two feminists kicking limits is really SOMETHING EVERYBODY HAS TO READ NOW!

Thank ya Kodak, for sharing this piece of discussion with us.
It's not in a print medium, isn't it?

I saw it on emma's fb page, as a scanned piece.

Ashwin (ashiot) | 215 comments Thanks Kodak, since I am not very active on Facebook I could have easily missed this. It is an interesting read. Although I do disagree with some of the things.

I'm not sure what kids watch on TV nowadays, but when I was growing up I watched Clarissa knows it all, The Amanda show, Different Strokes, 10 simple rules, Kenan and Kel etc. So I think at least my television exposure was not completely Caucasian male dominated.

Also has anyone seen Seinfeld? I think the show was way ahead of its time and character of Elaine Benes (one of the leads), played by Julia Dreyfus, was very progressive.
