Support for Indie Authors discussion

I'm hoping someone can help me. I listed myself as an author on Authorsdb, but when I tried to list my book and enter the cover contest, I was told I wasn't in the authors directory yet. After going around in circles for a couple of weeks, I tried relisting myself. I now have 2 accounts and I'm still told I'm not in the directory. I've emailed their support several times and, after the initial form response to my first request, I have gotten no further assistance from them. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any suggestions?

I just saw this site yesterday and I actually wondered if it was something I should sign up for. I am also curious if anyone else here is on this? Sorry, I can't help you Denise, but keep us updated. Thanks!
