As I understand it, when you build a list and send out emails you're required by law in some countries to provide that info. It's because of spam. If you don't provide it you could be sued or fined, or even jailed. If I'm wrong, someone please correct me.

Exactly, it's an FCC thing here in America. That's why a lot of authors get a P.O. Box when they do mailing lists, or use the address of a place of business.

That's what I did. Got a PO Box. Chimp mail is who I use.

I think that would be FTC, not FCC, which regulates the broadcast air waves.

And yes, you are required to disclose a business address by law in the US.

I have used Hubspot before and love it, but man is it pricey!
