- Nominations are collected a month in advance and before 15th of every month with the polls setup shortly.
- Voting goes on until the 29th of the month and the reading begins on the 1st of the next month.
- For example, if we choose BOTM for the month of June then nominations are collected by 15th May, voting goes on until 29th May and reading begins on 1st June, ending before July while a new cycle begins afresh for July (and so on).
- 5 books maybe nominated for a given month as we want our bookshelf to be stacked with read-worthy books.
- At least one nomination has to do with Mumbai - because, well, we are a Mumbai group - novel starting or ending with any of the letters in the city name (M, U, M, B, A, I) or an author born and/or bred in Mumbai or a plot that harbours Mumbai at its core or as an element.
- Please do NOT renominate books that have been BOTMs in the past. Please review our read shelf for the same.
- All other books can be of your choice - vote for your book to win :)
