Who or what are your inspirations when you first started to write books?

Hi, Geleen! So my inspiration was actually myself. Or well, my fifteen year old self. I didn't read much when I was a teen and I kept thinking about all the awesome stories and authors I had missed out on and it made me think about what I would have liked to have read then. So, I sat down and wrote Hooked. Thank you for the question! ❤️

Hi, Greeva! That is a tough question because I have so many! Like, a lot! Ha! But, I would have to say Kristen Ashley is one of my favs! Also, I love Sherryilyn Kenyon.

Ray! Food I can do. Alright, this list is random, but it sounds good to me at the moment so...
1) potatoes...any kind.
2) guacamole
3) burgers
4) white cake/white icing
5) onion rings with Ranch dressing.
I know, it's bad. Almost like I'm five, but I'm feelin' it right now.

What's your best part of writing your novels?

Do you listen to any specific music when writing?

Kristal! The best part of writing is seeing where the characters go and how they grow. A lot of the times, I don't even know when I begin writing. It's super cool to me when it happens organically. Thank uou for the question!

Hello, Katie! I listen to so much music! I listened to a lot of Eric Church when I wrote Piper's book. The cowboy and all. And I wrote Nicole's book while listening to Dreaming With a Broken Heart by John Mayer. :) Hoodie Allen gets me in the zone too!

What made you decide to start writing as your career? Thanks so much for the giveaway! I love your writing!

Thank you, Marissa! ❤️ So happy that you've enjoyed my books. I wanted to write something that I would have enjoyed when I was a teenager. So, I started Hooked and finished it three weeks later. That was when I found my passion for writing. When I stepped outside of my norm and tried it. Thank you for your question!

Do you have a playlist that goes with your books?

Hey, Nicole! I am so random that I don't add my playlists to my books because I may listen to 45 songs during writing! I go all the way from CCR to Salt N Pepa. Ha! I don't know if people will get my organized chaos.

Where do you get your character names.

Hello, Devan! Good question! I get names everywhere. Honestly, right now, I've been taking them from readers! :) Every time someone sends me an email or a message, I look twice at their name! <3 Love your name and I've already used it in Piper's book. ;)
