Every member is allowed one Dreamer and one Oracle. Oracles seek to help humanity Awaken and Ascend, while the Dreamers actively attempt to stop this from happening, wanting this power for themselves alone.

The first two dreamers were among the first few generations of mankind, back on Atlantis or Eden or wherever humanity originated from. Back in the days when Adam lived to be 930 and Methuselah lived 969, the first humans could not Awaken as many lived rather long lives, dying from the sickness that came with old age and a weakened immune system, not many souls were within the Silver Wheel yet. They predated any Awakened species, Dreamers, or Watchtower Guardians.
