What are you your thoughts? Which is your favourite and least favourite character? Any favourite quoates you'd like to share?

Skyland (alicemccrazypants) | 38 comments I actually just finished this series, and I'm a huge fan. The character development for Mara throughout the series is fantastic. I won't get in to any spoilers or anything until you guys read it though. <3

I finished it, and this is one strange book!

Skyland (alicemccrazypants) | 38 comments I'm a huge sucker for strange and weird, so I might be a bit biased. I think the rest of the series only gets better from here. The action picks up a lot too.

What did you think about Mara and Noah through the book? (personally, I like Jamie the best.)

kylene ☁️ (ninhazeniks) it's one of my favorite series for personal reasons, but from a more formal strandpoint it gets much more complicated and intriguing as it goes on and like @Skyland said, the character development is pretty amazing

I'm not much of a romance person, and frankly, I found them a bit irritating sometimes. I'll read the next book, though.

Jade aka MrsTosh (mrstosh) I have recently finished the first book in the series. I love the cover art, It is stunning.

I started listening to this in audiobook version but quickly switched to my Kindle. One of the main characters Noah was supposedly from London but the accent by the narrator was painful. Being English myself and knowing the accent well it grated on me and I found it distracting me from the actual plot.

I enjoyed the book, but there were so many twists and turn it was hard to keep up and then that cliff hanger?! I probably will read the rest of the series but not immediate.

I agree with you Skyland I loved Jamie, he was definitely my favorite character.
