Have you checked out any of the topics I have for newly free books on Amazon? I have found far more than I can ever read.
For example, the list of books I posted yesterday (not all will still be free today):

BookBub, I believe sends out daily updates on reads. ReadFreely also provides either weekly or monthly emails on free reads. But I haven't used either.

The eBook Realm sends out emails every week with free and bargain fantasy eBooks. They seem to focus on Fantasy only:
