THE Group for Authors! discussion

Hi, I know this question has been posed before, so I apologize for lobbing it out there again. While I understand that it takes a bit for ratings and reviews to become visible, I'm confused about why three of my books (Skinny, Rigging a Chevy into a Time Machine ..., and Fever Dreams in Tongues without Skulls) have shown as having new reviews for the past few days, but none do. There must be some mistake. Thanks for any thoughts.

Carolyn, I'd be happy to take a closer look into this. Can you please describe to me where you received these notifications of new reviews? A screenshot of this would also greatly help - you can post it here or email us at support (at) goodreads (dot) com.

You can refresh the stats if you really want to, via the edit book page.

Although personally I don't get the obsession with tracking review/ratings numbers.
