Hi Ashley,

No worries. The selection was worth waiting for. Thankfully I have a few days to decide where to start. Oh boy!!!!

I have just finished The Mistake by Elle Kennedy so The Score is tempting but your suggestion of Love Is Blind or A Sorceress of His Own or also hard to pass up. I may have to take some vacation days and read the lot!!!

Enjoy your July reading!

Loved this book, wasn't expecting to like it as much as I did, it had a few flaws but they were forgivable. Love an unexpected find!

Running Wild (The Men from Battle Ridge, #1) by Linda Howard 07/06/16
In my review I mentioned this, but it is worth repeating! I was not expecting to really like this novel because I am not one who really likes Western or Cowboys but this is the second Linda Howard novel I have read and I am hooked! I want to read much more from her. Also, there was a few moments where I felt like it was a Western Snow White story haha!

Finished my third pick! I thought it was pretty funny and lighthearted but it started a little slow for me. I feel like Sophie Kinsella is good but not my favourite.

I'm enjoying my picks so far and have finished 3 books and I'm working on my 4th.

Drawn to You 7/1/16 ★★★★ It was a fun quick read with some very good hot scenes.

Kincaid 7/4/16 ★★★ I love a good MC book! This was a different kind of MC made up of former military that are now like private special ops. It was a good story for the most part but I struggled with certain elements of it. Overall I enjoyed it and will probably read the next book in the series.

Croc's Return 7/5/16 ★★★ An interesting shifter series by Eve Langlais. I was drawn to it because I have never read a crocodile shifter stories before! It was a fun read but for some reason it didn't flow very smoothly. I just felt there could be more development in certain areas but I enjoyed the unique shifter world created. I'm not giving up I plan to read the next one too.

Drawn to You (Swanson Court, #1) by Serena Grey Kincaid (Cerberus MC, #1) by Marie James Croc's Return (Bitten Point, #1) by Eve Langlais

Well, that's too bad, I haven't gotten to it yet. But I had high hopes for it - I'll keep an open mind though. =)

Cecily Black | 173 comments Finished my fourth pick The Book Thief by Markus Zusak 07/07/16 SOOOO GOOD!!! I had taken a hiatus on books about WWII because it is hard to hear about and you usually know the characters you love will die so awfully and for no real reason. It's hard to read about but this one was probably one of the best on the topic. I loved the POV it was just different enough that it is a story I will remember for years to come.

I love this cover and I thought the book was good even though a bit predictable. Enjoyed the characters and love books with magic in them! not bad!!

I'm on my third pick.
Thanks so much for selecting Blue By You (Military Men #1) by Rachel Gibson . You've helped me rekindle my love for Rachel Gibson.
I also read Playing for Keeps (Neighbor from Hell, #1) by R.L. Mathewson . I will be reading the rest of this series.
And to all others who have posted their books, thanks. I've been able to add some awesome looking books.
Happy reading for the rest of the month!
