VT Christian Reading Challenge discussion

My dad was a veteran of the Pacific Theater in WWII and I have been reading about the campaigns in which he served. I read 2 in December that fit this category
New Guinea - U.S. Army Campaign of World War II, by U.S. Army Center for Military History
and
Papuan campaign: Thebuna-Sanananda operation, 16november1942-23january1943, by Military Intelligence Division, War Department

All that I can say about these books is that my dad lived through hell on earth.

The Temple and the Tabernacle: A Study of God's Dwelling Places from Genesis to Revelation, by J. Daniel Hays is an excellent history about the dwelling place among men that God takes up with us. Very well done, factually researched and well balanced in theology. 4-stars
