Sallie Griffin (salliebelle) Does anyone know any good series where the main character is a female succubus and preferably a badass?

Jennifer | 317 comments The only I've read was Richelle Mead - Succubus Blues (Georgia Kincaid Series). I can't say I've seen a lot of books about Succubi so hopefully Mead's book is a new one for you.

Nicole Can you name some series you've already read? Unable to view your shelves as your profile is marked as private.

message 6: by Lexxi Kitty (new)

Lexxi Kitty (lexxikitty) Off the top of my head I know of two incubus series (though most of one of those series is found in various short stories; while the other one has an incubus who isn't the main character), and one succubus book (well, now that I think about it, two succubus books). Neither of the succubus books are series books.

Incubus being a male version of a succubus.

ETA: remembered a third succubus book I'd read. Willow, from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, dated a succubus in her own off-shoot mini-series graphic novel. Wait, no, I think the girlfriend was a snake-demon not a succubus.

Brittany | 9 comments There's one called dead witch walking by Kim Schubert, and I actually really liked the incubatti series by Lizzy Ford. There are two books, and the first one is called zoey rogue. Loved it!

Brittany | 9 comments Btw, if you want to read about incubi, I have a shelf dedicated them. If I rated them three stars or lower, they may not be worth reading though

Charone | 5 comments sorry to ask here, but i cant create a new discussion.i am in need of new books please. i am looking for a book where the villain fals in love with the protagonist and the protagonist is torn between the good guy and villain. the villain must turn out to be the hero and the good guy not so much.i like a hot romance but not erotica please. books i really love are the Court of Thorns and Roses-i really love Rhysand who turns out to be the villain undercover. The Arcanna Chronicles are also one of my fav! Whit Jack and Death as love interests. The Remnent Cronicles are also good and The Captive series where the protagonist falls inlove with her captive. Lothaire was good but too erotic for me.

Ashley Basile (smashreads) Charon,

I'm a mod here, and I can walk you through creating a new topic. You'll get more recommendations that way!

Are you using Goodreads on the mobile app or website?

message 12: by Ashley (new)

Ashley Basile (smashreads) On the website, click on the discussion folder you'd like to post a topic in, in this case the "Need Recommendations? Post Here" folder. Then, at the top right of the discussion folder you will see a "new topic" link. Click that and you can post a new topic!

In the app, you click the discussion folder and at the top middle of your screen, you will see a create new topic button. Just click it!

Hopw that helps!

message 14: by Ashley (new)

Ashley Basile (smashreads) Weird. Maybe it has something to do with your Goodreads account, and not the group itself.

message 15: by Charone (new)

Charone | 5 comments that is what i think. but thank you.

Myst | 108 comments I *think* I vaguely recall reading a (short?) story with a succubus in it. I *think* it was set in a desert state like nevada or new mexico. Beyond that I can't remember much.

Have there been any novelizations of the tv show Lost Girl? It's a long shot, but Bo is a succubus.

I don't recall if this is the succubus story I'm remembering but it is a succubus story:
Love Lust (Vegas ParaRealm, #1) by Amber Scott

And here's an entire genre tag for succubus:
