Lindig, No, you can't delete it. It has ISBNs AND ratings. Please never delete anything with either of these if it might be some book. Researching...
http://books.google.com/books?id=m8ql...It looks like Modesty Blaise: The Hell Makers, and it looks as though we can move the illustrator to a searchable field.
Other opinions?
If no dissent, I can change it, or Lindig can.
Does this mean you will separate it from Death in Slow Motion to be its own entry as The Hell Makers with its own image? If so, great. I'm not sure I'd know how to do all that.

This is supposed to be an active link but it doesn't look like it. Sorry.
This is showing as an alternate edition but it's not correct. Titan in 1986 did not publish Death in Slow Motion, but Ken Pierce did (and that edition is the primary for these two).
Can I delete this? If not, will somebody?
