Jim Vuksic Imagine a world in which there is no war, crime, hunger, poverty, inequality, prejudice, bigotry, envy, or greed. Everyone, without exception, has access to the exact same quantity and quality of food, clothing, housing, medical care, formal educationa and social advancement opportunities. Being different is not merely tolerated, but is considered admirable.

Now imagine that, in this world, the words father, mother, son, daughter, sister, brother, family, marriage, government and religion also do not exixt because the concepts themselves do not exist. The inhabitants are occasionally transported to places they never knew existed or required to do something without having the slightest idea of what they are doing or why it must be done.

Can you imagine such a world? Well, I did. If you should choose to visit it someday, I hope that you enjoy reading about the world of Levels as much as I enjoyed creating it.

Jim Vuksic Giving Credit to Whom Credit is Due

Just as the credits at the end of a movie are often ignored, so too are those who help convert a manuscript into a commercially viable book. Therefore, I would like to take this opportunity to formally recognize and thank those with whom I worked and learned so much.

Roll the credits! (Shhhh! Please, pay attention.)

Ken Magee | 16 comments Sounds interesting. I've added Levels to my rather long To Be Read list. Good luck.

Ken,

Thank you. Should you eventually choose to do so, I hope that you enjoy reading about the world of Levels as much as I enjoyed creating it and will take the time to share your opinion - positive, negative or indifferent. What a dull and boring place this world would be if everyone thought the same, shared identical tastes and agreed about everything all the time.

Ken Magee | 16 comments It may take a while for me to get to it but I'll certainly write a review when the time comes. K.
