Hey, this is a good idea! I might add some when I have time. Just a little warning: approach anything that promises to "teach you Elvish", doesn't mention Tolkien, or isn't sure about the language they are talking about with care.

Yeah, you can usually tell if a resource is any good by if their name is in Quenya or Sindarin rather than just "Learn Elvish" or some such. These sites are all good.
