Did the actions of the characters seem plausible? Why? Why not?

The characters in the advertising agency seemed very real and could be found in many office environments, but when Sir Peter became the Harlequin and all his escapades with Dian de Momerie were implausible and the weakest part of the story.

I agree with Pip here with respect to Harlequin. This office environment is highly dysfunctional and almost a powder keg of bitter (and mundane) conflicts; I wouldn't want to work there...
