Hello! My name is Anna, I live in Berkshire UK and heard about this group via Jenny's YouTube channel. Must say - very excited! I've not read any of the books that have been chosen for the month and really looking forward to reading with you all!

Hello hello! I'm Holly, originally from London but now living near Philadelphia in the USA (so expect some odd posting times from me as I'm 5 hours behind the UK!).

I've been following Jenny's blog for a few years now & was very excited when I heard about the read-along. Gothic is one of my favourite genres so I can't wait to get started, and I'm looking forward to revisiting The Bloody Chamber after I read it for my A-Level English Lit class!

Looking forward to it Jenny. October will be upon us before we know it - this year has gone way too quick!

I've only read We Have Always Lived in the Castle so I'm excited to give the others a go. And I loved Rebecca so I've been meaning to read more DuMaurier for ages!

Hello!! I am Anca and I'm from Romania and since English isn't my first language I will apologize in advance for any mistakes I might make. I really wanted to get into gothic literature and all of these books were already on my TBR so hearing about this group on Jenny's channel got me really excited. I'm really looking forward to this read-along!

Anna: My husband :p we met online in a forum for a band called Nightwish. We met in person a year later, did long distance for nearly 5 years & we got married 2 years ago. Been living here since May 2014 & still get asked about Harry Potter on a weekly basis :p

Not long until October now!! Is it terrible that I'm now on the countdown to Christmas :D Have people been able to get hold of the books?

I'm glad it's not just me looking forward to Christmas already! I've already got two of the books just waiting patiently for the remaining two (Dorian Gray and the Bloody Chamber) to arrive from Amazon :)

I just got back from a holiday and my books were sitting outside waiting for me. I can't believe it's only a couple of weeks until we get started, this year is flying!

Hi! Hope you had an enjoyable holiday Jenny! I cannot believe how quickly September is disappearing!! October is just around the corner. Need to order the books soon...

I need to get hold of The Bloody Chamber but otherwise I am all set :D holiday was lovely thanks, other than Pip getting bitten by an adder when we were out walking. All very upsetting and stressful. Asking for random lifts from strangers to get her to the vets. She is all good now though and life is back to normal :) nasty snakes.
