Hello all again, Just posting a better synopsis for those of you curious about my project and hoping to draw some more attention to my own project and all Inkshare authors!
Elements of Discovery is a fantasy / urban fantasy that is set within modern day Boston in a world where the power of the Elements (earth, wind, fire, and water) controls and makes up the fabric of the world.
The Elements interact with humanity differently than any other being on the planet and every person can control the Elements on a subconscious level, but there are only a few that can control the power of the Elements in a conscious way.
These select few are an ancient order known only as the Keepers and it is their job to ensure any working of the Elements, subconscious or otherwise, is kept to a minimum so that the world may stay in balance.
Jake stumbles into the world of the Keepers and manipulating of the Elements at a crucial time when there are almost no Keepers left and something or someone is using the Elements in a manner that should be impossible.

Life in Boston was pretty ordinary if not a bit boring but that all ended on Jake's 25th birthday. A strange figure from his dreams, long thought of as a delusion of youth, sought him out to warn him about a power he was completely ignorant about. The power of the Elements and the manipulation of the fundamental building blocks of the world.
A long forgotten order of peacekeepers known as the Keepers are under siege and the whole of humanity is in danger from an unknown threat. Jake must learn about the power his blood unlocks and join in the struggle to unmask the threat to all. Can the remnant of the Keepers stop their shadowy enemy or will the discoveries come too late?
