Support for Indie Authors discussion

I have a book soon to be released but I don't know how to ask Goodreads to put it in their new releases for September.

Can someone point me in the right direction please?

I have missed out on doing this for my first two books!

I don't think there's any way to get listed, at least for indie authors. Goodreads compiles that list based on publication dates. I could be wrong, though.

Are you asking how to add your book to Goodreads so that people can find it or are you asking if there is a way for Goodreads to announce your book? There are detailed instructions for claiming your book under the author help section, but as for the publicity, aside from buying an ad package, they don't make announcements that I know of.

Thank you Christina. I've noticed that I receive an email announcing new releases for each month. I'm afraid I haven't followed the link in the past. I saw something that said info about new releases for the next month should be in early. I can't remember where I saw this, but I do know that if I see this again, I'll make a note of it.

When my book is released, I'll claim it here. I've found that GR has added my other books automatically without my even telling them!
