If they don't have the courtesy to ease me into it by overthrowing the whole planet, then I just don't trust them. Do they really think I'm so desperate that I would give up all my ancestral beliefs and prejudices at the drop of a hat? I will most definitely come with you, but can you please make yourselves known to the rest of mankind? There is something called "religious zealots" in my world that base their superiority and atrocities on the most part on your non-existence.

I would pack my bag in 2 minutes, post a quick facebook status to let my family and friends know that I love them and I'm going wandering to make it on my own, and then I'd go with the aliens!

I'd ask them to tell me what benefit they derive from picking and taking me away. What is their motivation.

Why me as opposed to someone else.

What should you do if they are pleading to take all human beings to their planet leaving Earth for ever?
And they are requesting all the Earthizens with the most humble terms.

Why would they want all humans with all their bickering and war-mongering. Do they want us for lunch or to take us to lunch?

Nah I wouldn't go. Too many things to get done right here on earth.

Maybe I would go if the alien bought me a few pints first and then convinced me that the planet would explode.

I would ask whether 42 really is the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything.

If they are powerful enough to take an entire population with them, why are they asking so politely, and calling us their humble servants? I would be immediately suspicious. Maybe they have to ask, or they don't have the power to do anything, like inviting a vampire into your home. Or maybe they just have an incredibly polite culture, and taking away an entire planet's population by force would be considered incredibly rude and bad mannered.
How would the ultimate decision be made? Would we have a referendum? Earthxit?
