What is your favorite cookbook at the moment?

My current favorite that I am working my way through right now is Seoultown Kitchen by Debbie Lee. Its about Korean pub food, so there is lots of ideas for small portions of really good tasting food, and a bunch of kimchee recipes. I eat kimchee almost everyday so being able to try the different kinds is really nice.
