PattyMacDotComma | 1244 comments I've had a couple of political reads recently. Colombiano is about the terrifying situation of kidnappings, guerrillas, and drug wars in Colombia.

Aussie-born author Rusty Young spent a lot of time there and wrote this compelling, fictionalised, first-hand account of a child soldier.
