LOL!!

Up next is my final book, my second 3. Miles Franklin, White Earth. Hanging out for the Spring Challenge!

Anyhow, there must be some good in the book otherwise it wouldn't have won the miles Franklin awards, but I am sure I didn't recognise it.
Here is my review: https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
So only two more books to go to finish my challenge :)

You've still got time to change it for another book you like better:) Or is that being defeatist?

It does pick up and I did enjoy it overall when I read it last year, although as I've said before not as much as I expected to!

Is it your last book, Valerie? If not, maybe give it a break and switch to one of the others you still need to read. If it is your last book - maybe put it aside for the moment, choose another book for that category (is it the Miles Franklin award winner category?) and try it again at a later date...

Valerie wrote: "Thanks everyone. It's not my last book - I could choose something different, but I am WAY TOO STUBBORN to be defeated by it!"
Then we will rally round and cheer you on! Go Valerie!!!

It's a bit like Christmas - the Seasonal Challenge Announcement.
You get a list of "present receivers"
You check your "present cupboard" to see what you can match up.
Then you look to see what everyone else is buying, for some ideas.
Then off to buy your "presents" and add a few to the "present cupboard" along the way

Yes somewhat Kathryn. I have just been very confused with the narration and I feel like I need "All That I Am For Dummies"!

I've heard good things about Jo Nesbo's books including that they're pretty scary and you shouldn't read them when you're home alone.
