Cher | 57 comments Can we discuss about authors' pseudonyms?
The most known one is maybe Nora Roberts as J.D Robb.

Compiled list in alphabetical order:

Alexis Morgan as Pat Pritchard
Elle Kennedy as Erin Watt
Jayne Ann Krentz as Amanda Quick / Jayne Castle
Jennifer Ashley as Allyson James / Ashley Gardner
Julie Garwood as Emily Chase
Larissa Ione & Stephanie Tyler as Sydney Croft
Linda Lael Miller as Lael St James
Lisa Marie Rice as Elizabeth Jennings
Maureen Child as Kathleen Kane/ Ann Carberry
Meg Cabot as Patricia Cabot / Jenny Carroll
Nora Roberts as J.D. Robb
Susan Elizabeth Phillips as Justine Cole
Shelly Laurenston as G.A. Aiken
Victoria Holt as Eleanor Hibbert / Jean Plaidy / Philippa Carr

It just recently came to my light that Elle Kennedy author of The Deal is also writing as Erin Watt for the popular Paper Princess. I haven't read the book yet, but now that I know it is Elle Kennedy behind it, I feel like urging her to write the third book faster so that I can start reading the series.

Max Monroe is another pen name behind the funny sexy Banking the Billionaire. I have been through so many pages on google and stalking review blogs for any hints on the secret duo behind this book. I love the writing and I want to dig more of their individual works.

Do you know any more romance authors with their pen names?

~Teresa | 352 comments I think the pseudonyms that authors use are always an interesting topic. I can think of a couple, Jayne Ann Krentz aka Amanda Quick and Jayne Castle and Linda Lael Miller also known as Lael St. James. And, an oldie but goodie is Victoria Holt ... Eleanor Hibbert ... Jean Plaidy ... Phillipa Carr. I did not know know these four authors were the same person until recently!

MountainKat | 31599 comments I think you've got all the ones I can think of already! Well other than Nora Roberts and J.D. Robb. =)

I know, like narrators, authors use pseudonyms to distinguish genres. Nora Roberts - CR, J.D. Robb - RS, and Futuristic as well. Jayne Ann Krentz writes CR, Amanda Quick writes HR and Jayne Castle writes futuristic romance - all occasionally with a little PNR twist.

Really? I had no idea either.

Jane (PS) | 24334 comments Cher - would you like to accumulate a list in your first post? That way it can all be in one location :D

I know when we post the FAC each month, the opening post will generally note any pseudonyms since you can read either 'author'...

This reminded me of Christina Lauren a combined pen name of 2 authors, but they never write separately.

I've updated the list in the first post.
