It is a good suggestion, no doubt! I think it helps everyone evolve as a reader to shed some rigidity and become a better and more complete reader.

thats the idea:D:D

Surprise factor challenge added, folks. You need to pick the genre provided, but you have the flexibility to read what you want, within that genre. :)

Should we? :P

Added! Thanks for the suggestions. Keep 'em coming!

Also, feel free to start a buddy read thread, if you think it's a book that someone would be interesting in buddy reading with you. :)

Agree, good idea :)

Oops, did I say too much already?

I find it so much easier to keep up to date and find links to update etc etc if I have one thread that I can keep track of everything.

You can create your own personal thread in this folder
https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...
And use that thread to keep track of your challenges and reads, both for this group as well as others. Hope this helps :)

But post where? If it is the BOTM then I sure do hope that the people who have voted for the book, do read and participate. :)

I mean in general. Lately the group is becoming silent :(

But seriously, I think we can hope for more participation once things settle down... at least that's what I am hoping!

One can always hope ;)

For eg. I want to read an Indian novel based on the IT industry. Or a sci-fi novel set in India. I'm sure we can come up with more interesting themes.
