Please suggest a book for the November BOTM. If you are a new member, reading this is strongly recommended.

Just use the add book/author above the comment box, and change the option to bookcover. I don't mind if you don't post the cover, though :)

We read the first book in the beginning of this year, so I've included the second book.

CATHY PADDOCK (kittykatcathy) | 2 comments I would like to read either Brave New World or Healer's Apprentice.

message 30: by Sam (new)

Sam Looking at past choices, I would suggest Uprooted by Naomi Novik. I haven't read it yet, and it seems like a different, fantastical YA but adult friendly title, although it gets some passionate reviews for and against it. Could mean some heated by fun discussion!

Uprooted by Naomi Novik

Also An Ember in the Ashes, another one I haven't read that has YA/adult crossover that I've heard strong things about:

An Ember in the Ashes (An Ember in the Ashes, #1) by Sabaa Tahir

And finally I'd suggest Sabriel by Garth Nix, because it's a classic (I've probably read it 50 times) and the newest Abhorsen book is coming out tomorrow.

Sabriel (Abhorsen, #1) by Garth Nix

Sabriel is fantastic! I wouldn't mind reading it again.
