Does anyone know why there is a silhouette of Sherlock Homes welded to the footbridge at Bradford on Avon Railway station?
I cannot find any connection between Holmes or Doyle and Bradford on Avon.
It is a mystery.

did they do any filming of Hound of The Baskervilles at the station, perhaps they needed a station scene for an arrival into the West Country?

There might be some referral to it here:

, I only skimmed it so I'm not sure.
