Okay, how far are you!

Her(the main character) best friend is a real byotcccchhhh!!!! Indie isn't that nice either....lol

I'm like 25% in (stupid ePub doesn't tell me the actual page number) and please tell me when you get to the description of Bishop, if you haven't already! Well, Indie is a cheerleader dating the star quarterback (go figure) so I'd assume she has to be bitchy. Her BFF though....eesh!

I'm starting today, so I'll join you. :)

I think I love Bishop already! He is totally making this story for me! I like Paige and I like that she's starting to hang out with her more and Indies boyfriend is kinda a douche. So far this story is predictable but it's fun besides the predictable part.

Indie's kind of a douche for me, too, at the moment. The way she considers Paige is just appalling. (Not simply blowing her off as "the annoying nerd who's been trying to be friends with me for ages", but also having the gall to be annoyed herself when Paige hangs out with another girl.) If she changes her ways later, I'm OK with it (= character development), but right now, I must admit I have no sympathy for her.

I forgot to mention the Reservoir Dogs part--I lol'd because it is obvious the author is a fan. :P

I have never seen reservoir Dogs btw.

Me neither, I only know about that scene because of some other movie that I watched where they were making fun of it. Is there a YA blogger out there that actually loves Twilight still??

I am on chapter 10 btw and do you guys want to read a certain amount of percentages a day or our own pace?

I'm almost mid-way. I'll try to read some more tonight.

It's weird b/c I like it but then I have so many problems with it as well.

66% in. Devon's so much of a douche I don't know if I want to laugh or whack my head against my desk. (Re: the homecoming messages scene.)

I'm at 50% exactly but I'm going to kill at least most of it tonight. I've warmed up to Bishop, and Indigo can be funny in her interactions, but I keep getting distracted from reading. I think it's because it's just so darn predictable. I'm a harsh critic sometimes but I keep waiting for something super awesome to happen. Of course, it could be because I'm only halfway, so all the more reason to read more!

Tt I reserve a soft spot for Twilight in the vestiges of my cold heart. :D it IS the book that started it all (by all I mean YA PNR of course!)

I agree, Bishop has got better IMHO. I guess I wasn't so much annoyed by his behaviour as by the way it contributed to slowing down the plot (with Indie's help, that is), in situations that were, well, kinda urgent?

Okay, 80% in and where was Paige for the last 10%?! She wasn't even mentioned! I was starting to warm up to her :(

Okay, I got all the way to 90% and urrrgh the fight scenes felt a little cheesy to me. I mean I like the characters and story alright but it doesn't have that sparkle



for me to want to continue with the series or the characters. :(

The fight scenes were okay as well and it didn't feel as intense as I thought they were going to be and I was really hoping for Indie to come into her powers and surprise us all in those scenes but big let down for me but Jezebel made up for it a little. That line where she was like " Let go of my boyfriend" was a shocker!!!

I do like Bishop though!

Stil at 66%... Got caught up in two other books. I'll try to finish and review it later today or tomorrow.

I don't know if I should review this on my blog because I haven't reviewed on there in months and wanted an awesome kickoff for it. I didn't dislike Hexed, but it was too cheesy. I think it was those fight scenes, and also I hate how Paige just disappeared!

yeah, I feel the same way unfortunately. This one will be a very short review on the blog because it was meh.

I suck because I have 20 pages left and dont feel the need to finish it. Arrgh!
