Peggy (peggyherself) | 171 comments Sign up for 21-25 books here! Start a topic with a title for your challenge climb and list your reads under that topic.

ReadingScotland (heatherlefebvre) | 26 comments Since my blog is all about posting book reviews of Scottish books I guess I better sign up for this level! Sounds daunting right now but hopefully I'll read even more than 25 books next year!!!

John R I'm going to be more ambitious next year!

message 5: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm going for more than 25 in 2017!

John R We could set 26 - 35 as Orkneys, 36 - 50 as Shetlands........and do we fancy trying for a St Kilda of 50+????

message 7: by [deleted user] (new)

I'm certainly going for Orkney this year then, but St Kilda for next year, might be a bit too optimistic!!

I'll set those up in a couple of days! I'm away from home right now and my computer. Good idea!

36 for you, Katrina would be a breeze!

Catherine Byrne (katarina66) | 7 comments Since I live near John O'groats and write books with Orkney connections, that's what I'm going for.

I'm looking forward to finding out what you'll be reading. In fact I might compile a list of some of what I intend to read here.

That's a good idea, Katrina. I might make a list too. Not that I'll probably keep to it but I can try!

A list sounds like a good idea - even if only for part of the challenge. And since I plan to go back to Orkney in 2017, I think I'll start the 2017 challenge with one of Catherine's books.

Jack Deighton | 41 comments I'm basing my Scottish reading this year around this list (https://jackdeighton.co.uk/2017/01/03...) as well as trying to read more on the 100 best Scottish books list (https://www.list.co.uk/articles/100-b...) that I haven't got round to yet.

Great lists Jack. I'm sure you'll put us all to shame!
