Carl Ehnis (goodreadscomcarl_ehnis) | 6 comments Luc Sante, NY Times critic and author of "Low Life," called "Race Riot" "a complex thriller that is at the same time satirical, and that relies on such a domestic McGuffin. 'Updike meets Crichton' sounds like a wonderful high-concept talking point.
