For discussion of The Diary of a Nobody by George Grossmith

iasa Very droll. It is the perfect quick little read for being ill on a rainy evening. Although I am enjoying it, I can see that in another mood I may find it simply mundane.

I enjoyed this book. It is a funny light read, I agree.

Tr1sha | 283 comments I liked this at first, then found it increasingly irritating & was glad when it ended.

Dawn (eternalalien71) | 43 comments I agree - I thought it was a slim, quietly amusing, book. And I think the main character just stayed on the right side of irritating (although the same can't be said for his son Lupin!)
But I also found it went on a little too long in the same vein, and was ready for the end - however sudden it seemed to be.
