The second book in my Para-Earth Series has just been released. For those unfamiliar with this series, I have created a unique blend of paranormal horror, mystery, and science fiction set in modern day where both the characters and readers encounter beings that are and are NOT of this world.

In "THE SHIP" Cassandra Elliott (billionaire heiress) and her new lover Julie Cloudfoot (a Seneca shamaness) have recently survived a horrific battle with a creature from a parallel reality, where evolution took a decidedly different turn (as told in "The Bridge").

As a result of that encounter the two women have come to Santa Cruz to bury Julie's uncle who fell to the creature. They are also hoping to see if their new relationship will work out. But an old adversary is stalking them. A white-haired man with plans for Cassandra and her psychic talents has followed them out here. However, before he can make a move, a new threat appears. A legendary ghost ship arises from the sea and marks Cassandra for it's next target.

Soon the two woman find themselves fighting not only for their lives, but to keep from being separated forever...

5.0 out of 5 stars What an excellent paranormal story! May 16, 2014

"The Ship" is another paranormal novel out of Allan Krummenacker's gifted feather.

This time there are two protagonists. There is Cassandra Elliott for once, the "boring heiress" of an enormous fortune and a very talented psychic. And as well there is Juianna Cloudfoot Cassandras friend – and lover.

This time, Cassandra seems to be the victim of something huge – and terrible that tries to seek and destroy her… When Cassie and Julie and Julie's family start fighting that "thing" they find out, it's far more intense, more secretive – and more "evil" that they would ever have thought…

Within the story you will find some people from Allan Krummenacker's book "The Bridge". But the story stands for itself and there's nothing to fear that the first book "must" have been read, even though I promise, this book makes want you more and you'll go for "The Bridge" as well.

The Ship is a paranormal novel of excellent kind. There are a couple loose ends, but I'm sure they will lead to another excellent book, you can tell.

As a fan of the Paranormal I would definitely say: Read the book – it's excellent!! I would however recommend this book to adults. There are a few descriptions Teenagers below 16 could get nightmares of.

I'm sure, you will agree with me when I say: You will be content after reading the book and further recommend it!

Enjoy!

I just read The Ship straight through after reading it in bits and pieces during the months in which Allan was writing and revising it. It was such a pleasure to read as an exciting tale and find myself drawn into it even though I knew in advance how it would all turn out. The author needs to keep writing, because I (and others) want to follow whatever is next in store for the intriguing characters we have met in The Ship and its predecessor The Bridge.
