GR can't monitor every post; gentle self-policing by members is required. They've thanked me when I've reported similar things.
They may not agree with you - but you've done what you can.
You don't have to tell GR every little bit - they will make their own determination - and they don't hold it against you in any way.
There may be places for offers of services, but when someone pretends to be a reviewer, they're fishing for prey.


And literary agents don't advertise; they're already overwhelmed with submissions.

Any agent who says different is NOT an agent per se!
I also found this post suspicious and checked the TamaRe page - then the mere mention of Paid packages had me shaking my head as it is a vanity outlet and not a true publishing house.
An agent represents the writer to a range of possible publishers.
This 'agent' represents a vanity publishing service where the writer BUYS services.
This 'agent' claims..."
Did you report it to Goodreads? They don't allow this kind of stuff.
