I've had 16 ratings for my title, The New World: A Step Backward, but they do not show up next to the book when clicking on the title or in my author dashboard. When you look at the "rating" next to the book, it shows "0" with no rating value. But if I page down a few times, I can find that 16 different readers have rated the book. A few months ago, the rating was reflected accurately but for some reason, it now shows no ratings next to the title. Can your great tech support folks correct that problem?

Hi, Paula. It's been 7 hours and the ratings still haven't changed. I tried going to your suggested location to post the problem there, but when I clicked "new post" nothing happened. Tried it again, still nothing. I'm now replying here instead. Still no rating showing for The New World: A Step Backward. Any help would be appreciated.Thank you.
